In this 30 minute distant Reiki session, Jenna offers the benefits of healing Reiki practice without any pressure for the client to physically 'show up.'
Distant Reiki works with the concept that energy is not bound by time or space and can be accessed through intention and sacred space. In much the same way that Jenna works with spirit, this form of Reiki works by connection with the clients energy field rather than physical presence.
Reiki can support clients to rebalance their chakra system, release negative energies, emotions or entities that may be fostering illness. In many cases, Reiki may reduce the stress, tension or pains caused by such energies and entities within the body.
When selecting a time for your session, it is recommended that you select a time where you can be resting, grounding in nature or taking time out to journal/meditate.
